Attorney Charlie Hall is committed to providing our clients with the individual attention they and their cases deserve. Your case will be handled by Attorney Charlie Hall, a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law, and his experienced staff, which consists of ten dedicated individuals. Attorney Charlie Hall is available to meet with you in person or to discuss your case by phone; he and his staff will return your calls and provide you with regular updates on your claims’ progress throughout the lengthy and complicated claims process. Attorney Charlie Hall will review your case and make recommendations to assist you in developing your case and assist you by requesting and submitting your medical records.

Attorney Charlie Hall represents clients at all levels of the disability claims process. We will assist clients with filing their initial applications for Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income Benefits, we file appeals for clients who have been denied at the Initial or Reconsideration levels and we represent clients at their hearings before the Administrative Law Judge. Attorney Charlie Hall will also review and submit arguments to the Appeals Council on their clients’ behalf; if your claim is not successful at the Appeals Council Attorney Charlie Hall will review his clients case for Federal District Court.

Attorney Charlie Hall believes that the time he and his staff spend reviewing your case and/or meeting with you is time well spent. The Social Security Disability claims process is a lengthy and frustrating process for most claimants and, oftentimes, clients have questions and/or concerns that arise during the claims process that they will need to discuss with their attorney. Attorney Charlie Hall and his team  will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. The time Attorney Charlie Hall and his staff spend familiarizing themselves with you and your case allows them to make recommendations, if possible, to assist in the development of your case.
