Attorney Charlie Hall

Attorney Charlie Hall is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in the area of Social Security Disability Law.  He has dedicated his legal career to advocating for disabled individuals. He also represents clients, whose Social Security Disability claims have been denied, in actions before the Federal District Courts in North Carolina. Attorney Charlie Hall has extensive experience representing clients at all levels of the Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claim process; he represents minor clients in Supplemental Security Income claims. Attorney Charlie Hall also represents clients who have been denied private Short Term and/or Long Term Disability Benefits.

Attorney Charlie Hall earned his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his Masters in Religion from Wake Forest University (4.0 GPA). He earned his law degree from Michigan State University. Finally, he earned his MBA from Kaplan University (4.0 GPA). Attorney Charlie Hall  has focused his legal practice on the representation of Social Security claimants and private disability claimants. In 2014 Charlie Hall obtained recommendations from the social security disability attorneys and passed a six hour written examination in order to become a NC Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law. He is one of under 50 attorneys in the state who has been certified as a specialist in this area of law. Amelia is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) and a member of the Disability Advocacy Section of the NCAJ.  He has served two terms on the Social Security Committee of North Carolina Board of Specialization.

Charlie Hall is married and has one child. He enjoys spending time with his family. His daughter owns three tabby cats, one of which is half Maine Coone.  Charlie enjoys the outdoors, is a former competitive chess player who still enjoys the game, and remains a top 100 Puzzles and Chaos video game player.
